I have decided that Shashi is a life saver when it comes to using our App correctly! We are not very tech savy on the ranch, but he walks me through it with patience. We used this app to help input our UPS shipping rates. They were very helpful and it worked very well. I would recommend this app to help with the efficiency of your shipping options on your Shopify account.

I am thrilled with this app. It lets me itemize each of my package sizes which gives me accurate shipping rates at checkout. And I can’t say enough about the support team. They were patient and understanding, and worked with me until I understood how to solve my issue. They went the extra mile and for that I am truly grateful. Service is incredible. Needed help, so put in a query on the help popup and had someone call right away and help me with shared screen. App looks to have everything I was missing, and remove all the annoyances I had with Shippo

We are using this app for live shipping quotes at the check-out stage. Easy to set up and modify all the necessary parameters. Customer support is extremely helpful. Got the call immediately after installing the app for set-up. Everytime there is a question or an issue, the customer support is responding very promptly and is doing everything possible to help.

An essential app to improve Shopify shipping capabilities. Full label weight and size automation based on product dimensions and weight. PluginHive support is unparalleled too. Showing customer facing dimensionally derived shipping rates has been a major headache since we opened. We also have the issue of sending items of high value needing an "insurance" add on rule, not all items, but 30% of our shipments. We have been eating high shipping rates through using Shopify's weight only paradigm. Prathyusha was exceptionally patient, consistently available and pragmatic in understanding what we needed to do to get our problems resolved. The app is great and more than pays for itself. Great customer service.

The app is a little bulky, but that can be expected with large and versatile tools. The app works really well with Shopify and seems to work well with google. I am most impressed with the customer support and dedication to customer satisfaction, which is a dying art in our world. It is easy to get ahold of the team, and they are very quick to respond or call. Prathyusha has been especially excellent to work with and has done a great job of getting the right information so we can get our products and variants showing correctly. I am very happy to have been in communication and look forward to any other conversations that may need to occur.

Great app. The team is very friendly and helpful. They helped with setting up the software and removing the shipping rates from checkout. The beautiful thing about this app is that you have all your shipping carriers in one place and you can check the shipping rates easily instead of inputting the shipping information into multiple places.

This app did wonders for us, We have a huge inventory of products, but we set up a data entry system to gather all the dimension data and weight so as to pass it on to shopify & the app. We had a few bumps along the road as we have a integration system with our back office system, which uploads products to shopify, it caused a problem which the app support team helped us pinpoint, and then they helped us in all our queries including reasons why price was off (We were using inches instead of centimeters for the boxes) Its these things that the support team is there to help you all the way through!

Great App, and as we set it up for our store, Jon and his team we constantly there with any questions or issues we had. I probably reach out at least 5 times for help, and each time they were quick to respond, and helped fixed the issues we would have, or just guide us on how to set the app up properly. Couldn't recommend it enough!
