I've been looking for a fufillment app that would offer live rates, levels of customisation regarding carriers and packing parameters, and ease of use and so far this has been exactly what we're after. And the support has been exceptional! Within a couple of minutes of installation, I had a phone call from the lovely Addina to offer guidance and she was so patient - even when I called her back at least 3 more times to get more advice and clarification. She even did a Zoom call to ensure that I knew how to get the best out of the app. So happy to finally find what I was after!! Highly recommend!!!

Sibi did an amazing job taking me through the App. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I am very excited about the features of this app for instance label generation, rates at check out, etc. This is going to make our online business so much more stream lined and efficient!

I tried to set it up on my own first but didn't succed but fortunatly Shashi Kumar from customer service called me and asked if I wanted any help. So professional! I love that support and he helped me get everything right and now it runs very smooth. Love this app!

Very helpful support and fast response times. This app helped us integrate our UPS account and get accurate rates at checkout for multiple countries, service types, and custom box sizes, etc. I would recommend.

This is our companies first e-commerce store. The team at PH have been extremely helpful all along the way when questions & issues arised in the setup of our store's shipping. They are always quick to respond also.

They've been quick to respond to my e-mails (within 24 hours) and help me get setup with my shipping needs. They've also been quick to establish zoom calls in order to better understand the issue. My use case is very niche, so it did require me to go through about 3 service reps before my issue was fully understood and resolved. But still, very impressed with response times and willingness to jump on a call to solve problems.

Great customer service and easy to use! They followed up after I sent and request for customer service, and within 30 minutes I had a link for a Zoom call. All issues and questions were resolved!
