The app that saved my store. This is the only app that connects with my DHL account. The support is very professional and quick.

Got the call immediately after installing the app for set-up. Everytime there is a question or an issue, the customer support is responding very promptly and is doing everything possible to help.

An essential app to improve Shopify shipping capabilities. Full label weight and size automation based on product dimensions and weight. PluginHive support is unparalleled too. They have resolved any issues we had within hours, some a missed checkbox, others in the backend. Full confidence using this app going forward.

The app is a little bulky, but that can be expected with large and versatile tools. The app works really well with Shopify and seems to work well with google. I am most impressed with the customer support and dedication to customer satisfaction, which is a dying art in our world. It is easy to get ahold of the team, and they are very quick to respond or call. Prathyusha has been especially excellent to work with and has done a great job of getting the right information so we can get our products and variants showing correctly. Great app. The team is very friendly and helpful. They helped with setting up the software and removing the shipping rates from checkout. The beautiful thing about this app is that you have all your shipping carriers in one place and you can check the shipping rates easily instead of inputting the shipping information into multiple places.

This app did wonders for us, We have a huge inventory of products, but we set up a data entry system to gather all the dimension data and weight so as to pass it on to shopify & the app. We had a few bumps along the road as we have a integration system with our back office system, which uploads products to shopify, it caused a problem which the app support team helped us pinpoint, and then they helped us in all our queries including reasons why price was off (We were using inches instead of centimeters for the boxes) Its these things that the support team is there to help you all the way through!

Great App, and as we set it up for our store, Jon and his team we constantly there with any questions or issues we had. I probably reach out at least 5 times for help, and each time they were quick to respond, and helped fixed the issues we would have, or just guide us on how to set the app up properly. Couldn't recommend it enough!
