very nice & problemsolving support. Touseef was very helpful installing and setting up the app. bit difficult the initial setup but extremely timesaving when in use. high recommend this app when using different shipping methods

Since I started using this app in my Shopify store, the process of creating shipping labels has become much faster and more efficient. I was recommended this app by a web store developer, and so far I’m very satisfied. I received support with the installation, which made getting started much easier. Setting up suppliers and shipping can be a bit tricky at first, but it becomes clearer as you learn. They even called me and scheduled a Zoom meeting where they walked me through everything and shared useful tips about shipping features in Shopify. This is a very powerful shipping app with tons of features which simplified and automated our international shipping to a great extent. We are now integrated with FedEx, UPS, and Hong Kong Post (which was really rare to find). We tried countless others including Shippo, EasyPost, etc.. Super happy with the support as well. You are immediately connected by email or zoom call to someone that knows the app well and won't waste your time jumping thru hoops. The 4.9 rating is well deserved.
