Called and left a voicemail, was having issues with rates showing up at checkout. I was not expecting a call so close to the weekend but they reached out very quickly and helped problem solve my issues. Sibi was very helpful.

Does what we want calculates live rates with TNT Australia/Fedex. Uptime has been solid and Support has been pretty good. Would recommend it for smaller business over the premium alternatives. My only issue is it doesnt support Global Express in Australia. Which locks us into TNT Australia based on the size of item we ship. So we are looking for alternatives.

So far the best app for using your FedEx acc rates with Shopify. Great/Good stuff - amazing tech support - we're using more than few apps, however their tech support is the most responsive I encountered so far. I would get replies via email within hours, and also they provide live phone (zoom) support for set up and solving general tech questions - feature rich, apps can be fine tuned, automated, all possible rates inluding smart post etc - automation is very powerful and if you do not care about always using the cheapest rate .. the way to go Thing which could be better - app is not as user friendly as one might desire. Ideally I would not have to talk or set up a call to properly configure app -FedEx specific - switching between onerate and our acc rate is difficult/manual ... if one uses fedex packaging onerate always comes first, and no way to see our negotiated rate .. we have to swich to custom packages to get negotiated rate ... in general comparing FedEx rates is difficult - Refreshing - there is lot of clicking involved to refresh address/info etc As I said I a new user ... so this is early feedback
