Always quick and thorough customer support with an unbeatable value for the money. The app does exactly what it says it will and even has all of the carrier services that we use in Scandinavia. Postnord, DHL, etc. Labels are generated automatically based off of customer order details and is very easy to set up with the help of customer service agents. It can be a bit overwhelming at first if you try to set it up by yourself, but booking an appointment is really easy and fast so it is not a problem.

We’ve been using this app with UPS Ground Saver and it’s helped us save a lot on shipping costs without compromising on reliability. It automatically picks the cheapest shipping option and keeps customers updated with live tracking, all in one place. Customer service is outstanding! Touseef has been incredibly helpful: fast, responsive, and always makes sure everything is handled right away and the way we need it. Great support like this is hard to find. Incredibly happy with this app. This has really made the shipping process seamless for us. We use a two carrier service and love having everything under one dashboard. More importantly, it is really the customer service that is amazing. Between the video calls and email questions, I feel everything is answered incredibly fast and always so detailed. I highly recommend.

Does what we want calculates live rates with TNT Australia/Fedex. Uptime has been solid and Support has been pretty good. Would recommend it for smaller business over the premium alternatives. My only issue is it doesnt support Global Express in Australia. Which locks us into TNT Australia based on the size of item we ship. So we are looking for alternatives.
