Keerthi from Support has walked me through how to use this app. I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using. The prices offered in this app are very fair (I think I am on the $19USD tier) and the bulk label processing is a very good feature. The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.
