Incredibly happy with this app. This has really made the shipping process seamless for us. We use a two carrier service and love having everything under one dashboard. More importantly, it is really the customer service that is amazing. Between the video calls and email questions, I feel everything is answered incredibly fast and always so detailed. Does what we want calculates live rates with TNT Australia/Fedex. Uptime has been solid and Support has been pretty good. Would recommend it for smaller business over the premium alternatives. My only issue is it doesnt support Global Express in Australia. Which locks us into TNT Australia based on the size of item we ship. So we are looking for alternatives.
The support team makes all the difference. Everyone is very helpful and has great knowledge, making the whole experience smooth and simple.

absoulutely simple and speed interface to use and time efficient application...u can use this application for direct shipments through different carriers instead of using any thirdparty application....their support system is outstanding-loved it
