I'm so glad I found this app! The product is amazing, and the customer service is unbelievable. I had a few questions when I first started using the app, and the customer service team was so helpful and responsive. They really took the time to understand my needs and answer my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The onboarding process for the app is also really well-done. It's clear that the developers put a lot of thought into making sure that new users have a great experience. The onboarding process is tailored to your individual needs, so you're not overwhelmed with information. You can learn at your own pace and focus on the features that are most important to you. Within a couple of minutes of installing the app I was messaged by Purvi, who provided a lot of useful information about configuring the app. At first I thought it was a chatbot, however after typing a question I was surprised to get a prompt reply from a human on the other end who helped me setup my feed for Google Merchant Center. Great support, thanks!
