Right after the new installation of the new theme with Online Store 2.0 abilities, not all texts were shown in the translation program. As there are still some bugs in the online store 2.0 I guess that was the reason for that. However, the developer helped me out within less than an hour and now everything works perfectly like it did before. Highly recommended.

Multi Lingo is easy to set up and works fine. You get a great customer support and developer is very helpful to solve issue (even the error was caused by me). I absolutely recommend to use this App.

Great app that has worked well for our site. The support has been superb where Thorsten has been more than helpful resolving everything promptly and successful. I also liked the manual provided with the app explaining all the tools. Recommended!

The auto-translate function isn't great, our navigation menu broke when we installed the app, but the support team was amazing and fixed everything within a day, free of charge, no questions asked. They answered quickly and worked efficiently, we would recommend this app solely based on the support we got. Thank you Thorsten for your amazing help!

We use this App for Hebrew {RTL} and English. for huge site.the multi lingo app deliver perfect solution !!! we had some code modifications and some theme issues because of RTL language. and also some apps adaptations we got it solved in a day by the support team. Totally satisfied with this app - the most price to value you can get for multi lingual App.

I have used Multi Lingo in several projects now and tested a few other apps before. By far the best multi-language app out there for this fair price. Also got a blazing fast reply and help with the translation of my theme from the support. Thanks guys!!

This is BY far the best translation app for Shopify. It can really translate ALL. Even JPGS! (you can change JPGs according to the language). It is very friendly and easy to get a hand on. I've translate my entire store by far. The best part is the support. They offer a dedicated and time-record support. I had a lot of issues with my theme and had to make changes to it after installing the translator and they (very generously) helped me patched the languages code. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED.

Just a few words but they sum it up completely: Solid product, great service (Thorsten is super helpful - quick replies on custom variables and language switcher), we will use multi lingo for our store in the future. I can highly recommend it.

Great app and support. Requires some manual work which is great so you can easily be in control of the translations and not just rely on sometimes incorrect auto translations. Highly recommended!

I had to coordinate a bunch of different moving pieces and these guys were simply amazing to work with. Customer service is just awesome. App is great, haven't had any issues and I don't think there is anything on our site or that we added to our site that we couldn't arrange translation for. Very happy!

Truly amazing app. I have been trying out other translation apps for months now but multilingo is the one that works best. Easy to install and once you understand how the apps work you are ready to go. I am super perfectionist and have some other apps installed which I also want to be translated, these are asy to translate with custom variables. When you get stuck Thorsten is really helpful and patient. Do reccomend!

I just installed this app and I am really impressed. There is quite a bit of manual work to do getting the translations set up because we have so many products and pages, but that would be the case regardless of what translation app we chose. I really appreciate that it plugs directly into the Yandex automatic translation tool while keeping all the right code, yet gives me the option to change/alter translations as necessary. Thorsten has been terrific at customer support.

Really easy to install, work well with other app, can be customized easily and the customer service is fast and reliable. I will definetely recommend this app to anybody who need to have a multilingual website !
