The QE Multiship team is extremely responsive and always available to help with troubleshooting as well as enhancements for my store. I truly appreciate their hands-on support in setting up the app and resolving minor issues promptly. They even went the extra mile by upgrading the app with enhancements tailored specifically to my store’s needs. Highly recommended!

I was having a hard time implementing this for my Shopify website due to some issues on my store (not QE Multiship). They proactively reached out to me and offered any support, so I mentioned where I was stuck. They immediately resolved the issue and were super responsive. Truly great customer service!

We are a young business without a lot of funds for website design. This multiship app was very reasonably priced, and so far so good, although I just started using it recently. Customer Service was very helpful in assisting me to get it up and running properly - I just scheduled an onboarding call, and they were very supportive.
