Wow. Where do I start. What an awful experience! We had issues since day 1. We were in constant contact with our rep to try and resolve the issues. Time and time again we were promised the issues would be fixed and the app would work for us. After 2 months of CONSTANT headaches, having to redo inventory everyday because MSI messed it up we finally asked for a refund. This was December 7, 2022. I kept emailing about a refund about every other week. I was then asked to show proof of issues (even though all he needed to do was search his emails for them), sent over 10 emails of proof of issues. After this, all contact stopped. We are now 9 months past the refund request and I have not received a penny. DO NOT USE. IT DOES NOT WORK. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH.
Application seems good, but I have a doubt regarding the developer. Are you still working on the app? I see many topics "coming soon", and for example I can't create a Sales Order.
