Didn't do the job for our store.
We hear you, and we're genuinely sorry that your initial experience with our app wasn't what you expected. We were happy to solve the issue you were experiencing related to Portuguese translations once we had access. We do want to clarify that the one-month delay in resolving the problem was due to the time it took to receive store access from your end. This access is crucial for us to investigate and fix issues effectively.

This is a great app that takes care of a notoriously tricky aspect of the implementation. It does exactly what is required for implementing and managing hreflang tags. If you have any issues, support will promptly investigate and fix them.

Hreflang Tags is a great app! They've made what's normally a complex setup, very easy and straightforward. The out of the box mapping by SKU saves so much time as well. Their support is very fast and helpful every time. Thank you!

We have separate stores in bi-lingual countries and stores in the same language across specific ccTLD's. This makes it hard to implement correct href lang tags in shopify. This app solves the problem. It's basically very user friendly. There were a few issues setting it up but the support was great and everything was set up correctly for us. Very happy with this solution.

Great tool, and completely necessary if you're forced to run multiple Shopify instances. We saw significant improvements in our search rankings and traffic within days of installing the app. It's easy and straightforward to use, and works reliably. No complaints!

Easy to setup & maintain - also for Non-Coders like me. Still not 100% sure if everything is working as expected though, but better than doing nothing about Hreflang Tags or having to custom develop a similar solution.

As an ecommerce store owner there is always a million and one things worry about, by installing the Multi-Store Hreflang Tags app it takes all the hassle out of doing work manually and I can be confident that my Hreflang tags are implemented correctly and following googles best practices.

I have just removed the app as I've installed weglot and the hreflang is included. I'm not overly impressed with this app. It works well (I THINK) but it was only installed for about 10 days. However in my opinion it's overpriced and the support is incredibly slow. Almost 24 hours for a response from support each time. I think they're based in Australia so the time differences must have caused some issues. But that being said, support weren't very attentive when they did reply either. So today I've removed the app and emailed support to remove any code left behind. I believe in being fair with my reviews. This app doesn't offer suitable support for the price!

Your issue had nothing to do with the app but how Weglot was incorrectly configured to have 4 versions of every language, yet we still helped you resolve it in 3 emails. We've asked you how we can be more "attentive" twice and haven't received a response.

We have a comparably large multi-store set-up and needed a quick an easy way to properly integrate hreflang tags. This app was exactly what we were looking for. The installation is quite easy and the app even has an auto-mapping feature, which already does most of the mapping-work for you. The customer support is quick, friendly and kost of all: very competent! :) I definitely recommend this app for anyone who is looking for a quick and easy hreflang implementation in Shopify.

I just installed this app to fix our hreflangue tag, I needed to remove the region code, didn't manage to do it with shopify, the issue was fixed immediatly. I also received a good support

We have a lot of different stores, so it is quite difficult to set up correct hreflang tags. This app helped us a lot to simplify the process of creating, managing, and ensuring correct hreflang tags at all times. The setup is very simple and the support team is great! They are constantly trying to improve the app and even implemented a new feature which we suggested. Would recommend it to everyone!

From day 1, Shopify hasn't done well with hreflang tags. This is the first app to solve that issue to help the SEO of multiple Shopify stores. Implementing the app was easy with the automatic syncs. Visitors from organic search are now taken to the right store. 404s are avoided when there's different content on different stores. Plus URLs no longer have to be the same across all stores, meaning, the URLs can be optimized for the native language of a store, which helps SEO of the store even further. I had a tough SEO question and got good support from an agency who actually understands the technical aspects of Shopify SEO.
