This app is perfect for us. We are using this app to syncronise stock inventory between stores (stand alone shop, each shop has their own shopify backend). I also use this app for an additional shop (different brand) for stock and collection sync (single sync for all new collections). the service is perfect - Alexis was immediately available and answered all my questions and guided me through a few app settings / adjustments.
