Well, this is by far and away the best customer service I've had to-date on with a shopify app. Tyler is a legend. Tried all the products, this one gives me the flexibility to do what I want.

Charged for nothing. How to cancel subscription if app is already uninstalled?
We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the billing. Our app provides a 7-day free trial to allow for full testing. Since the app was uninstalled on the 8th day, the Shopify billing system automatically processed the subscription charge for the upcoming month. Please note that once an app is uninstalled, the subscription is cancelled automatically by Shopify and no further charges will occur. If you have any further questions, we are happy to help via our support channel.

The setup was quite complex, but thanks to their careful support, I was able to create both English and French feeds within one Commerce account. Thank you so much.

We’ve been using the Multifeed Google Shopping Feed for around a year now, and it’s been a fantastic addition. It’s simplified fixing issues we previously had with other apps, and the customer service has been excellent — Amanda was incredibly helpful in sorting some recent changes we needed to make.

The customer support is exceptional. They have a deep technical understanding of Shopify infrastructure and Google Merchant Center policies. The app allows for advanced conditional mapping through its Expression engine, making it easy to handle complex requirements like the new AI-generated content attributes (structured_description and digital_source_type). It integrates with Shopify Metafields, which saved us a massive amount of time and allowed us to maintain a single source of truth without data duplication. For anyone running a customized store or requiring granular control over their data transformation, this is the most robust solution available. Highly recommended for its reliability and the high caliber of its engineering support.

Setting up multi-language feeds was easy. I struggled with one setting and the customer care replied really quickly with a good fix. Would recommend!

Helen is amazing and has been with me every step of the (complex) way to get these feeds setup correctly, including google MCA account creation required for multiple domains (.com, .co.uk, com.au etc). Thank you to Helen and the team for your amazing support so far, while we get this preious mess under control and all our feeds going.
