I had a conversation with Helen today to set up the Multifeed for my shop since I have multiple listings for each market. She was super ready and knowledgeable about everything, and she even recorded videos showing how to set up the whole process. I am super satisfied with their product and help!

We had a difficult time getting Multifeed to work with Awin, but finally worked it out. Customer service was helpful. Hoping this continues to work for us moving ahead.

Good app, the set up could be from the UX perspective a bit improved but the app itself has the functionality we need. Great support as well, i case of an emergency I received fast and perfect help.

Perfect ! The app is really useful to import product into Google Merchant Center. I used it to import my products based on their tags (added by myself into shopify) and I also manage to find a solution to the "missing value" in the field "Google Gender" "Google Size" "Google Color" and "Google Age" which was very annoying. Now my feed is very clean very easy to use and I can push my product into GMC just as I want. Thanks a lot to Taylor from the support who helped me a lot during the process of doing all of these adjustments !

Werkt perfect! Had een probleem met de url van onze duitse website waarmee de klant via google naar de nederlandse website ging. Ongekend goede support gekregen. Binnen 5 minuten stond alles weer goed. Duidelijke uitleg met video en super snelle reactie van Taylor.

Fantastic App and Outstanding Support! I chose MultiFeed to create my Google Shopping feeds, and it was one of the best decisions for my e-commerce! The app is incredibly easy to use, even for those without advanced knowledge. The setup is intuitive, and the features are well-organized and comprehensive. A major strength is the customer support: always available, professional, and ready to address any questions. I requested additional features and was guided step-by-step to get exactly what I needed.
