Interesting feed software pretty advanced. Getting meta objects out is near mission impossible even with help. Also the feeds kept disappearing on me after spending 1.5 hours and the feeds disappearing twice when I clicked to give the extension more permissions when prompted. I gave up. Shouldn't loose all the work in your feed when you click to give it more permissions.
Thank you for the review. You are absolutely right, the UX of the app is not the most intuitive. Making advanced features easy to use is a real challenge and we are working on a new version to address it. We are taking your feedback about the metaobjects into account as well. To avoid losing work you just need to go through all the steps and save the feed at the end. If you create the feed for the first time, you can just accept all the carefully chosen defaults. You can then always go back to edit it, including adding more permission later on. Usually after getting used to the first feed, many appreciate the possibility to optimize every aspects of the feed and its stability which is crucial for long term ads performance. If you give the app another shot, our support team will walk you through the feed creation. We can also create the feeds for you if necessary.

Helen D was very helpful. She took my question and elaborate and also addressed my follow up question very fast and quick. before I did not have feed in my target country, with her help, I'm able to set up in 20 minutes of the free listing feed with all attributes set up. very good app. I choose the cheapest plan of 1000 products, works well!

perfect app for multilingual feeds and you can go really deep into the Shopify data! Ingenious. And the chat service has always been great, super fast help.

As of today I have many issues with this app. There is only very slow email response, and too much back and forth clarifying my simple questions. The process of editing products and making changes is unreliable and complicated. Their recommendations (when they get around to responding) are not definitive. "It may work" "You can try this" etc. Need help today for my basic issues. Will change review if they can be resolved.

Not necessarily easy to use but once you get a hold of it the tool can do everything you need. Big bonus points for the ability to use translations for different markets. This tool is not limited to Google Shopping only but can be used to build custom feeds for other platforms as well. The support is very helpful and fast.

Really powerful product feed app. We use for Google Merchant Centre product feed, and Pinterest product feed. We now have full control over our product feed, and have been able to create some complex feed rules for merchant centre that was not possible using the Google channel app. The support team is excellent - if you need to create complex rules for your product range, they have been responsive and helpful in showing my how to write the rule logic to achieve what we needed. Well worth the money if the Google channel app doesn't provide what you need.

We received exceptional assistance from Taylor, who expertly resolved a complex issue involving the merging of product variants with parent and child product settings for XML feed. Additionally, Taylor demonstrated the possibilities of linking using metafields. Their support and helpfulness were outstanding.

We've been using this app for about a year and are very satisfied. It's excellent for creating social media and Google feeds, allowing for all necessary adjustments to ensure a 100% error-free, eligible feed for Google Merchant Center. Their support is outstanding, providing prompt responses despite the time difference and live support via Google Meet for urgent issues.

Told Multifeeds had relationship with another 3rd party shipping app and could tell Google that even though we use a 3rd party shipping app, that yes Google we have shipping set up but after 2+ months of back/forth emails with Taylor from Multifeeds app, nothing got accomplished and Google still only finding our 10 product test group on Limited basis. We lost a lot of sales during that time. Our last email to Taylor had well thought out detailed questions from our IT guy and Taylor's response was basically I read your emails and let me know if I can be of further assistance, excuse me he didn't even answer a single question. Too bad as we would have been a long time customer.
Thank you for your review and I am really sorry for the frustration. There must have been some mis-communication along the way. I have sent you an email and hope that we can continue the discussion to sort it all out.
