The support service is responsive and provides all the information you need, even a video to help you solve your problem. In less than 24 hours, my problem was finally behind me. Special thanks to Helen for her help.

The app is absolutely fantastic! Helen’s support was incredibly fast and helpful. She managed to fulfill all my requests. I can definitely recommend this app. Compared to the previous app I used, which lacked features and customization, this one is truly amazing.

Apps can be very complicated, not worth the money and hard to cancel subscriptions. Multifeeds are not like that. They are fast to respond and happy to review our usage of their app so we could get the best out of it. Thank you Helen!

Exactly what we were looking for. These are the features we're currently enjoying the most: - edit SKU: GMC used to export the item ID in the shopify shop, not the actual SKU, and we could resolve this easily in the set up - exclude the products we didn't want included -use a different price for different countries: the same product had to be taxed in a country, but not in others. Previously we could only set up one price. The support was super useful and quick to reply, a big thank you to Helen!

I use this app to send product data in other languages with other domains that I have set up in shopify markets to google merchant center. When I couldn't get it to work exactly as I wanted, I contacted customer service and got a response a few hours later, with concrete solutions, video and good answers to what I couldn't get done. 10/10 customer service
