Appreciate the support the team provided. The app would not work as expected initially, but after getting in touch, they offered to look at the issue in a call and we had a good chat, going through possible solutions. They managed to solve the issue at hand and provided a solution that works for the very specific case we had trouble with. Thank you.

This simple and effective tiered discounting app was exactly was I was looking for. Despite the time difference, Fabio was responsive and extended my free trial when I ran into a couple of difficulties, one of which they mentioned was unique in my case, so I attest they are problem solvers wanting to help you.
