We tried several multi-vendor apps (Webkul etc) before finding Garnet. Most of the multivendor apps are so difficult for sellers to set up their accounts and list their items. Garnet marketplace is very easy to use as a business owner I wanted the seller UX to be straightforward and easy - and this is what Garnet provides. Francois and Paul are both amazing and helped me set up my market place within 24 hours and have been so supportive. Their response rate to any queries is so fast and always available to jump on a call! They have been really understanding as a small business owner the challenges we are facing. I recommend Garnet without hesitation for the excellent and fast support, really lovely platform and the friendly UX!

Ich habe Garnet genutzt und muss sagen, dass es eine super App ist! Das Team, der Support und alles, was dazugehört, sind klasse. Die App bietet viele Möglichkeiten, die im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Anbietern, bei denen alles 0815 ist, wirklich herausstechen. Paul hat mir sehr geholfen zu verstehen, wie die App funktioniert, und bei Fragen per E-Mail kam auch immer prompt eine Antwort mit einer Lösung oder einem Lösungsvorschlag. Ich habe Garnet selbst nur kurze Zeit genutzt, da es für mein Vorhaben leider zu kostenintensiv ist (gebrauchte Zaubertricks von anderen Personen anbieten zu lassen). Ich wünsche Paul alles Gute für die Zukunft und vielleicht sieht man sich ja mal auf einen Kaffee in Amsterdam, wo ich öfter bin. Danke für alles, Paul!
