The app works just like it should! But their customer service is first rate! Starting out with the app, Andrii reached out to me before I could even finish the setup. That was unexpected and very much appreciated. He's been available any time I needed assistance. Very refreshing.

This is the best feed app. I tried all of them. The support is 100%. The people attitude is positive. The interface is easy and seamless. The reliability of Mulwi is second to none. They are a small and fast-moving team, and all requests are attended to in less than 24 hours. Most of all the product is easy to use. I have a 20 minute tutorials with positive Ivanna and she dealt with my difficult character very well and still kept smiling and moving forward in a positive way. congratulations.

I had a very positive experience with the Mulwi support team. They were extremely responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They quickly reviewed my setup, explained what needed to be done, and helped resolve the issues step by step. Their support made the process much easier, and they were willing to assist until everything was working properly. I really appreciate their patience and technical knowledge. I had a question about some statuses on our product feed. Ivanna on the team not only answered super fast, but also made a suggestion that she was able to implement for me, saving me a whole load of work. The fix was quick and effective, communication was clear and efficient (and friendly - I didn't feel like a complete idiot) and I was really impressed with the whole experience.

Hard to set up.
Sorry to hear you found the setup difficult — we'd genuinely love to help. Based on our previous conversations, you reached out twice and we replied both times asking for a few more details to get things moving. Unfortunately we never heard back. Our team followed up separately to check in, and after the app was uninstalled and this review was posted, we made three more attempts to reach you — but still no response. We're always happy to walk merchants through the setup personally, but to do that we need a little back and forth to understand what's needed. If you'd like to give it another try, just reply to any of our emails and we'll take it from there!

Havde brug for flere forskellige feeds til Shopify Multi market. Det kunne jeg få hos Mulwi. Når setuppet driller som det jo gør så er deres support meget hurtig og hjælpsom. De vil gerne hjælpe og de vil også gerne udføre de svære ting for dig. Tak for det.
