Ivanna gave me great support. It was a little annoying that Mulwi support was not available when i first needed help and that i had to wait for it to open, that was the only thing that was not seamless.

The customer service I have experienced has been amazing. Our agent, Ivanna. Resolved the issue we had straight away, and with nothing to do from our side. She looked into our Awin Feed and made sure it worked on both sides after we made some changes to the code on our end. It was amazing to have someone so professional and polite look at the issue and have it resolved so quick and offering further by keeping an eye on the issue for the next 24 hours. Honestly can not thank Ivanna enough.

Incredible app that is very powerful especially with Mulwi's customized setup that they provide. Ivanna was very helpful in getting our feed tuned up with lots of small details done just right and we're excited to see where these improvements can take our business in the years to come!

Mulwi support has been great helping me set up some very customized feeds. Timely responses and helpful solutions. They even went the extra mile and extended my trial by a day as I migrated my site. Highly recommend them!

Great app, amazing support! Everything works smoothly, and whenever I’ve had a question, their customer service has been super fast and extremely helpful. One of the best support teams I’ve dealt with on Shopify. Highly recommend!

Mulwi has been, by far, the best feed management tool we have used so far. It is extremely fast, accurate, and simple enough to manage feeds efficiently without unnecessary complexity. Whenever more complex situations arise, the support team is always ready to help and does so with great professionalism and friendliness. This is exactly what earned my 5-star rating one of the best technical support experiences I’ve ever had in any application. I highly recommend using Mulwi.
