Wasn't user friendly and understandable
We're sorry to hear you found the app confusing, but we'd like to provide some context. You installed the app on May 29 and removed it on July 6 without ever reaching out to our support team—not via chat, email, or support tickets. Then, nearly two weeks after uninstalling, you posted this 1-star review. We found it surprising that this feedback came after the app was no longer in use and without any attempt to get assistance. Since seeing your review, we've made five attempts to reach out to you via email, live chat, and your site's contact form, but received no reply. We want to stress that our app meets all Shopify UI requirements and has the Built for Shopify status, which ensures a clean, consistent, and intuitive experience aligned with the Shopify platform. It's successfully used by thousands of merchants, and over 400 merchants have left 5-star reviews, with only two negative ones—including yours. We're always here to help users who seek support in good faith. Unfortunately, in this case, there was no communication from your side, making it difficult to understand what exactly you found unclear. If you'd like to give it another try, we'll be happy to personally guide you through the setup process.

I’ve tested many tools, and there’s nothing better than Mulwi. Combined with excellent support (huge thanks to Ivanna for her invaluable help), there’s really no need to look any further-just install the app!

I cannot recommend this app enough! After struggling to get my product feeds in USD and EUR working correctly for affiliate networks like AWIN and Impact, this app solved everything seamlessly.
