So far very good support. I needed a custom feed which they fixed within a few hours, later on i needed some tweaks to the feed and Denys was really fast on getting the feed updated.

Great App! I had been using it to connect to multiple classified stores with custom feeds. You may need to have some tech background to use it and create feeds, but it is very useful. Great support as well.
