Funciona bastante bien a excepción de que la opción Enviar URL del producto en el chat no funciona y también desparece y hay que volver a entrar a la configuración y vuelve a aparecer.

I have just installed the app and am looking forward to seeing what features are available to me to enhance the customer service process on my store. I haven't used it yet so cannot comment on the app itself but am sure it will be worth installing. Thanks

Would It be great if I can relocate Button few mm up or down to match current grid of the website. Otherwise installation was straight forward.

This app works great, but it does add some loading time to any pages it's attached to. Which is good to keep in mind when adding multiple apps to any single page.
