I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. Your website states that you work with all countries, but unfortunately, when I contacted Ahmed, the owner, he refused to work with me without providing any valid reason. His behavior was rude and unprofessional. It appears that he discriminates between people and religions, which is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and hope that others will think twice before engaging with your company.

Before I started working with Mutual Dropshiping, I tried to use competing services from CJ and DSers. In both cases, I had a problem with the product and order fulfillment. Client service was not helpful at all. So I turned to Mutual Dropshipping and it was the best decision. The client service is fabulous. My agent Mohammed took the initiative and solved all my problems. He is very friendly, helpful and always on call. I like his personal touch and support from the company. I look forward to working with Mutual Dropshipping and I believe it will be a long term benefit for both parties.
