This app is fantastic! Support quickly tailored it to our needs, getting us set up in just one day. We replaced our rewards program with this for cashback and store credits. The interface is easy for both admins and customers.

It was issuing store credits when it was not supposed to. we had to uninstall it.

After reviewing your account settings, we noticed that the "Issue automatic store credit for refunds" option was enabled. This feature, which is disabled by default, automatically applies store credit when refunds are processed. It is optional and can be easily turned off in the app’s settings.
