there is no support, i wait alredy for 2weeks for support, but chat says already 2 weeks; we're offline. how can you charge this money and dont give support

Absolutely amazing app & customer service. At Visual FX Pro (visualfxpro.com) we can really only recommend this app! The staff was able to customise some of the functionalities of the app for our needs and they did it so quickly! We want to mention Mostafa and give our very sincere appreciation.
