We are literally the top supplier in our industry, yet rejected for “poor website content” with no further information. 0-star effort to Mydeal. Garbage.

The app works quite well overall, but there are some ongoing issues that the developer never seems to fix. After months of communication, problems such as missing SKU names in emails and faulty reports that incorrectly flag listings as having no images remain unresolved. Each time I reach out, the response is the same: “We regret to inform you that we do not have a confirmed timeline for when the issue will be resolved. Our technical team has advised that the investigation may take several weeks, and potentially longer.” These faults have been reported multiple times over the past six months, and nothing has changed. Unfortunately, I’ve lost confidence that the developer intends to address them.

Installed the app. Signed up with Mydeal for Merchant account. Mydeal team was quick to setup account how ever the app keeps showing the below message. Integration part of it hasn't started to work as yet. Not sure if someone forgot to activate the app for us after creating account. Thank you for applying to sell on MyDeal! Your store will be reviewed and you will receive a response within 2-3 business days. If you are successful MyDeal will contact you to finalise the onboarding process and seller agreement. If you have any questions in the meantime please contact [email protected].

Great app. AUSOUTLET have used this for nearly a year now, we integrate with a lot of marketplace channels and this is certainly one of the smoothest integrations.
