We ditched xConnector the day we installed GLS Shipping & Tracking by MyGLS Professional—and haven’t looked back. Proactive partnership: Instead of the usual “we’ll add it to the roadmap” boilerplate, MyGLS actively looks for ways to improve our workflow. Their emails feel like conversations with an in-house dev team, not a distant vendor. Feature requests = same-day releases: I asked for automatic Out_for_delivery emails (which weren't supported); Ákos shipped the update at 2 a.m. and let me know before breakfast. Unheard-of responsiveness. Parcel-shop and parcel-locker pickup done right: GLS is steering merchants toward using parcel lockers with better rates. We’d wanted this for ages but didn’t have the bandwidth to build it. The app handled it perfectly out of the box—and when we spotted a geolocation glitch, Ákos patched it in two days. Time-saving premium extras: Uploading a simple CSV to mark COD orders as paid sounds small, but it eliminated a daily manual chore. All told, this app gave us seamless label printing, pinpoint parcel-shop selection, and support that feels genuinely invested in our success. Five stars, no hesitation.
