Espectacular app, con muchísimas posibilidades y una integración impecable. El cambio de nuestra aplicación anterior a la nueva ha sido increíblemente fácil y fluido. El equipo de NAPPS ha llevado todo el proceso de migración de forma perfecta: segura, ordenada y sin generar carga operativa para nosotros. Además, supieron construir una primera versión de la app totalmente alineada con nuestra marca, como si la hubiéramos desarrollado internamente, con criterio, sensibilidad y muy buen gusto en moda. La cercanía del equipo es destacable, siempre disponibles, y con una capacidad de resolución de incidencias realmente rápida. Para el sector moda, las funcionalidades como lookbooks y vídeos comprables son simplemente espectaculares y marcan la diferencia. Muy recomendable.

As a marketplace in a very traditional category, our goal with NAPPS was not just to ‘sell more’, but to offer a premium, content-rich mobile experience that truly educates and engages our audience. The app lets us combine articles, videos, and curated guides about Iberian ham culture with a very clean and intuitive navigation, so users feel like they are inside a specialized, high-end boutique instead of a generic ecommerce. The whole experience is fast, visually consistent with our brand, and our users repeatedly mention how simple and enjoyable it is to explore the app compared to browsing on mobile web.
