Hey, Sorry for the inconvenience that you have faced. You have added the wrong subject in the email notification. All the subscriptions are activated and we have also displayed the Failed payment reason in our app admin. Failed payment errors are "Your card has insufficient funds" and "Your card was declined" We also have shared the full reason list with the screenshots on your ticket. Please check that too.
