Update to Response: 1u days later Nembol responds sarcastically to a customer and fails to point out or accept that despite the many low ratings they need to improve. Good idea Nembol! Blame your customers. Typical! All the reason to not use them, they blame you like a bad ex. Software could be great but no support. All AI chat. You csnnot edit a channel once you labeled it. So terrible for new store development. Sync settings are inconsistent. 3 days no tech response.

Just to clarify: Nembol users can change their store names, as Elisabetta explained. In your case, you contacted us on Saturday, March 22nd, and Elisabetta got back to you on Monday, March 24th. She reset your Shopify-4 login name for free, so you could reconnect. Since in some channels the store name also works as the login name, we need to reset the login when a name change is requested — but this is a quick and straightforward process, which we did our best to walk you through.
