Great app and excellent support. We needed a custom COD flow directly from collection pages, and the Neo team worked with us to make it happen. They also resolved a few issues we found during testing, including customer association, Arabic product titles, and bundle orders. We’ve now started receiving real customer orders through the flow, and everything is working correctly in Shopify and our fulfillment system. Special thanks to Imtiaz and the development team for their patience and effort. Highly recommended for merchants who need a flexible COD solution.

I’ve used several COD apps over the years, and while they all have their strengths, I’ve also experienced issues and failures that resulted in lost business. NEO-COD stands out because it creates draft orders when customers don’t complete OTP verification. Since I’m using Google Firebase, I also maintain control over my SMS billing, which is important to me for several reasons. I especially appreciate how the app captures the customer’s information and automatically adds it to the checkout, making the process easier and more user-friendly. Another valuable feature is the ability to set different shipping rates for the same products based on the customer’s state or region, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico—something that wasn’t possible on Shopify without upgrading to a more expensive plan. The customer service has been amazing as well. I truly can’t say enough good things about this app. If you’re looking for a reliable COD or OTP solution with excellent additional features, I highly recommend NEO-COD!

Fast communication and fixes all problems. Bundle works fine and sms works really well. But I really like Incomplete Orders Recovery feature most.
