To clarify here, on our Seed plan, we allow up to 5 PAID orders PER MONTH, an order is only counted when it contains one or more products created by our app. To make it clearer, your store could have 1000s of orders per month, but if none contain a product generated by our app, then that would not count towards the monthly quota. Our plans since April 2024 have always had these requirements. We will do better to make this clearer throughout the plan pages. Lastly, you underestimate the time and resources that are needed to continually update and support this app and help merchants day to day with complex requests about pricing setups and configurations tailored for specific needs. We invest a lot of time and resources into helping each merchant get set up selling custom signs, especially custom LED signs, due to the complexity of the product offerings.
