Do not use this app. The app has broken multiple times causing major issues for our business. They are unable to help solve the issues.
This problem was caused by a malicious user exploiting our application. Which led to the app being blacklisted by security vendors. It caused the app to be unavailable for some of our users. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find out the reason and solve it fast enough. The application's security measures were improved, and this problem no longer exists. We really love this app for collecting customer information on our Contact Us page and on other areas of our site. It's easy to use and has many useful features, including Google reCAPTCHA to block bots from spamming. The support has been excellent, and all of that, plus a very reasonable price, makes it a no-brainer. I would recommend it to anyone who has a Contact Us page or other pages where collecting any type of customer details is important.
