I installed this AI Chatbot app and needed help with the app on phone. The support was great, solved the problem in short time. The communication is top notch. I just started to use it, but I think that this is an additional method to provide customer support on time, and provide a good experience. So far I'm happy with this app and I do recommend it.

Despite all my complications the Help Desk stuck with and got me reconnected on my desktop and finally on my mobile. It took several sessions, but they hung in there and it became a success. Thank you.

WOW - What amazing customer service! Rachel was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my questions and issues. She was with me on Teams every step of the way during setup, sharing screens so that she could help troubleshoot any issues I had. Plus she even kept me updated with my questions long after we finished our Teams meeting. Definitely appreciate the personalised service, it made set up a breeze!
