What impressed me the most was their unwavering patience throughout our entire interaction. They never once made me feel rushed or like my concerns were unimportant. Instead, they took the time to fully understand my situation and provided me with personalized support that made me feel valued as a customer.

Still early days but the support team (Rachel) helped me along the way. Really liking how you can create a draft order in the chat and send it out as a URL.
