I just added this plugin, and it was fairly easy to install and design. It had a few bugs at first in its interface, but Kevin was so helpful every step of the way, and figured out a solution to any problem that would pop up. Great service, I would recommend!

Easy to use, Easy to adapt and worked nicely. I have used other chats but this one has more easy to adapt and works perfectly fine

It's a very good app. Rachel is very good support. The APP is very easy to use and very simple to set up. Their developer very quickly helped to solve the issue. everything looks perfectly fine.

I am impressed with the app. At first, I had some technical difficulties but support assist right away. I love the features its very user friendly not hard to use. It integrates lovely with shopify so it imports the orders and products within. Highly recommend. I think I found a winner app. Customer support is very excellent. This app is really good very simple and easy to set up the only thing i would like to have integrated in this app is the function when you can see whenever someone visit your store and get a notification that someone entered your store it’s very important function for the beginners to see how their store works! other then that… everything looks perfectly fine to me great job guys?
