It's one of my favorite apps on shopify because it does its job and the best thing it's 100 % free I really recommend it

I had the honor of working with Chloè and Egan. I was struggling a bit to get my contacts loaded, and change my sender email and they worked with me and stuck with me through the end to see that I had everything I wanted. It was a happy pleasure to work with them both!

My experience was very positive. I had some technical problems with the creation of the automated mail flow and the customer service was excellent, it managed to meet my every request. I recommend the application and the great customer service!

The apps this team develops are amazing! They're very easy to use and understand, and they have a fun and appealing aesthetic! And, I had a question and the staff (Chloe) was super friendly & helpful. I'm switching both of my stores to their apps. :)

The app is highly useful and their support team is very kind and helpful and resolve issues very fast. I had originally singed up with my personal email and needed to change it to my store's email so I contacted them and they changed it for me as requested.

Firstly, I'd like to start with CHLOE. Absolutely perfect customer service. Patient, professional and extremely helpful. Did not have to wait for a response. She was on to my questions instantly. Thank you for your exceptional customer service Chloe :) As for the app ... easy to use with loads of features. Still beginning to set it up but it looks promising. Absolutely amazed by how caring the team is when resolving any issues you have. Kevin has been extremely efficient and understanding great customer service. The app itself is very straightforward easy to use and there is help along the way as you're not left to figure things out alone. So far so good I am extremely happy with it

I recently used Nest's email automation service and was pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service. When I encountered an issue with setting up the automation, I reached out to their support team and was promptly assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable representative kevin, Who patiently guided me through the process. They were able to answer all my questions and even provided some helpful tips for optimizing my email campaigns. What I appreciated most was that the representative didn't just provide a quick fix, but took the time to really understand my needs and tailor their advice accordingly. They also followed up with me after the interaction to ensure that everything was working as expected. Overall, I found Nest's customer service to be top-notch and would definitely recommend their email automation service to others. It's great to know that there are still companies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to deliver it
