Netra OMS is a Shopify App that streamlines order verification, task assignment to agents, and real-time status management. It helps in addressing cash-on-delivery returns by allowing teams to verify buyer details over the phone and confirm or cancel orders directly. Merchants can track agent activity logs, apply tags, and write internal notes on orders. Changes made during calls are synced back to Shopify.
