I have been working closely with Netwise as the new features are unwrapping. This is the BEST Wholesale app I've seen and used. Super easy to set up and use and install the features you need. I had a great experience with this app and the support team. Special thanks to Deekshith from customer support who helped me solve my issue very quickly. The app works perfectly and provides exactly the features I need, such as setting tiered discounts for B2B customers and creating special pricing for individual products. It’s very user-friendly and powerful. Highly recommended and truly appreciate the excellent support!

I’ve updated my review from 1 star to reflect the overall experience with the team. They’ve been consistently responsive and supportive over time, and I genuinely appreciate how much effort Deekshith and his team have put into helping users and improving their app. Their communication and willingness to assist have been great. However, I was recently concerned to find that a product export was initiated without my authorization from an external team related to netwise , and an email showed my store data was sent to an external address. This raised serious privacy and security concerns, so I decided to uninstall the app as a precaution, also shopify team had started an investigation on this matter. That said, I still recognize the dedication and good intentions behind the team’s work. I hope they address this issue transparently and ensure stronger data permission controls going forward — because the app itself has potential and the support team is genuinely committed.
