You're absolutely right, and we want to explain what happened: during our free launch campaign, all features — including rollback — should have been fully available to everyone. Unfortunately, there was a bug that was incorrectly restricting the rollback feature even during the campaign period. We've already identified and fixed this issue. The great news is that all your price change data and backups are safely stored in the app. You can now go to Price Change Jobs, find your job, and use the Rollback button to restore your original prices. It's fully unlocked now. We truly value merchants like you, and we're sorry this bug affected your experience. I absolutely LOVE the app! I can't believe how easy and intuitive it all feels. We used to make disscounts manually which was a nightmare, but now, thanks to Nexra app, I feel very hopefull! It lets you sellect by collections, tags or products, makes all the counting for you even with rounding the numbers. A dream come true. Thank you!

This app has been really helpful for managing bulk price updates. We have a large number of products, and doing this manually was both time-consuming and stressful. With Nexra, the whole process became much faster and more controlled. One of the features I like the most is the rollback option. Being able to undo changes and access the full edit history gives a lot of confidence while making updates. It’s great to know that if something goes wrong, you can easily revert everything back. The filtering system is also very practical. You can target exactly the products you want instead of applying changes blindly. This made our campaign and pricing updates much smoother. Support was another big plus. The team was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it’s a solid app that does exactly what it promises. If you’re dealing with bulk pricing updates, it definitely saves time and reduces risk. Would recommend.
