First go at migrating from Wix to Shopify - bit nervous to be honest. App made it straightforward though. All 800+ products came across fine, just had to tweak some shipping rules afterwards, but that's more about platform differences. What I liked: 1) Process was straightforward - no confusing steps 2)Could run it in background while working on other things 3)Option to migrate just new products later was handy Support answered my one dumb question about collection sorting within an hour. For $69, can't ask for much more than that. Does what it says on the tin.

Needed to shift my Squarespace store to Shopify for better inventory management. The migration handled all my product listings and customer data without a hitch. Only hiccup was some meta descriptions getting cut off, but the team had it sorted same day. Solid performance overall, and no complaints.

Used this app to move my store from Word Press to Shopify. Everything transferred smoothly - products, users, orders. Had a small issue with some product images not showing up right after the migration, but support helped me fix it quickly. The whole process was much easier than I expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone switching platforms.

Your support team is simply brilliant - quick to respond and incredibly patient with my (probably very basic) questions. I used their service to import a bunch of products into my Shopify store from an excel file, and it worked out perfectly. The team helped clean up some formatting issues in my file and made sure everything showed up correctly, images, variants, attributes, all of it. Super responsive and friendly throughout the whole process. Would definitely use them again!

Alright, I think the migration app did a pretty solid job. There were a few minor hiccups during the process, but the support team was quick to help me sort things out. I ran the migration a second time, and everything got on track. I would give you guys 4.5 stars and happily round it up to 5.
