We just moved to Nexus from another app, and it has more features than anything else we found. We specifically needed to modify delivery options at checkout based on Shopify calculated carrier rates, and Nexus was the only app we found that could do it. There was one small function missing that we needed, so I contacted support thru Chat. Rizwan replied right away, had the new feature implemented within 24 hours, pushed it live to the app, and it worked perfectly. Very impressed. This is a flexible team with great support and real capability.
