We have loved working with NFTeapot. I've been into NFTs since 2018, but was waiting for an easier solution to sell them through our gallery so customers don't have to pay in cryptocurrency. NFTeapot has been a great solution that ties directly in with our Shopify site, and Polygon is a much more widely used chain than some other options we looked at, so resales on OpenSea will work. NFTeapot has been really responsive to my questions and helped me work through any issues I've had. They're headquartered quite a ways away from us, so email has been the best method to connect, but I've even done some video conferencing with them. I'm really happy to be working with them.

Poor support. I had sent some questions in advance on the chat window, but I haven't any reply by now.

Even though we have a chat window with a place to enter an email address we are a small team and it may take us more than a few hours to get back to you.
