Followed all the step given in the process. Raised request around 3 days back, but no response yet.
We are apologised for the issue that you are facing. You have requested for the modifications in the app which currently not available in the app however we took your suggestion and will consider those in future enhancement. We will launch new features very soon: 1) ProwebSMS Gateway 2) Display OTP form in the login page.

Excellent app with good features. It helps our clients with easy and quick logins using their Mobile. Very secure as far as we have used it. The UI is good and intuitive. Krish's team is also very responsive and supportive. I highly recommend this app.
