I cannot say enough about Notch. It's simply amazing! I've been using Notch for a month now, and it has taken over 95% of my customer support workload. For a growing business like mine, this is priceless. I'm not exaggerating when I say 95%—it's that dramatic. I finally have free time for the important stuff.... Since implementing Notch, our SLAs have significantly improved, as I'm no longer the sole responder to every ticket. CSAT scores very high. Notch has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

These guys came into my business and literaly gave me my LIFE back! As a founder you're the chief everything officer, having the notch team come in and take over so quickly and in a very professional manner was a huge win for us!
