A great alternative to Klaviyo because you don’t need a US company to send SMS messages to your customers in America. My customers are receiving the messages and can click links directly in the SMS. I had a small issue importing my customer list, and the team cleaned it up for me. Great tech, great customer support. I’m going to keep using them.

Best SMS App on Shopify! We tried many apps, and Notify Customers has been the most simple by far!

Easy to use, straightforward and perfect for any business that needs only an sms text app. It was so easy to integrate with our Shopify store and within minutes our customer list was downloaded. This app has been so easy to use and so far have enjoyed it! I have truly appreciated that anytime I did have a question on something I could easily email them and a real person not AI responds fairly quickly. Now days it seems like getting assistance from real people is super rare.
