Notify Rush
Notify Rush is a Shopify App designed to help ecommerce merchants keep customers informed and reduce support requests. It offers features such as order editing, address correction, variant swapping, and order cancellation within a grace period before fulfillment. Merchants can send bulk emails with custom templates for delays, backorders, or shipping changes, and set up automated workflows triggered by order tags or status. The app also provides alerts for refunds and flagged orders, with auto-tagging of orders during the grace period.
