Exceptional experience. We needed some custom work done that was quite unique and support helped us get it completely set up. They literally built new functionality for us and added it to the app within a day or two. I was able to communicate everything over a call with the team lead who heard all my requirements and provided solutions. We have used this app for quite a while. There was a change recently that requires a pro level tier for the emails to be sent from our own hosting. We needed some help with getting the DNS nameservers set up. We sent a message through the chat along with some screenshots and we were able to get it sorted out. Appreciate the accurate and quick help.
