We were able to install and launch the Novel Video Section & Carousel in just a few clicks—no developer needed. The experience with Novel has been world class. The product is incredibly easy to use, the documentation and wiki of information is impressive for a young company, and the support is world class. We have seen a significant improvement on revenue per visitor for the pages we have A/B tested with Novel embedded stories and carousels. The founder and team are super attentive and helpful, and would highly recommend brands try this out.

We've loved using Novel for SideDish! Our products are super versatile and the shoppable videos are great to be able to explain to customers how to use the products and why we're different. We also love to showcase recipe videos which the app has been great for. Highly recommend for any product!

Edit: After I left my review, the support team reached out and helped me fix the styling issues I was having. I really appreciate the extra assistance! So far, it's great! Slick UX, and very easy to set up. My only complaint is that I'm not able to get the font on the headline to match our theme properly. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I submitted a support ticket.

Great app. The founder is awesome and spent an hour personally onboarding me. Great attention to detail on all fronts. Can’t wait to use this in some interesting ways.
