The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to showcase UGC video in a way that feels elevated and on-brand. What really stood out was the support team: fast, thoughtful, and genuinely collaborative. They worked closely with us to match the app’s styling to our exact brand guidelines, even writing custom CSS where needed. A great addition to any tech stack.

The experience with Novel has been world class. The product is incredibly easy to use, the documentation and wiki of information is impressive for a young company, and the support is world class. We have seen a significant improvement on revenue per visitor for the pages we have A/B tested with Novel embedded stories and carousels. The founder and team are super attentive and helpful, and would highly recommend brands try this out.

We've loved using Novel for SideDish! Our products are super versatile and the shoppable videos are great to be able to explain to customers how to use the products and why we're different. We also love to showcase recipe videos which the app has been great for. Highly recommend for any product!

Edit: After I left my review, the support team reached out and helped me fix the styling issues I was having. I really appreciate the extra assistance! So far, it's great! Slick UX, and very easy to set up. My only complaint is that I'm not able to get the font on the headline to match our theme properly. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I submitted a support ticket.

Without a doubt, one of the best onboarding I've ever experienced. I was guided through a step by step process of how to easily take advantage of all the app had to offer, and it was a lot! I didn't feel rushed and I truly felt like they wanted me to be successful. I'll be the first tell you I fumble when it comes to tech but this app was super easy which made my work fun~! I would give 10 stars if it were an option.

I LOVE this app! For a long time, we were looking for a way to enhance our site with video. We're very active on social media, and this was honestly the perfect solution—easy to set up, seamlessly connect to our socials, and curate videos for specific pages. Plus, we can effortlessly use assets we’ve already published to enhance the customer journey on our website. I highly recommend it—10/10!

Hands down THE best app to show UGC content. Easily embed anywhere on our page and it just looks beautiful. On the front end, the big plus is that you can show the product(s) featured in each video (I would love for the load speed to improve here - when the product recommendations show up) On the backend, the analytics are simple & straightforward (in a good way). Attribution can easily be seen through either each collection or each product, making it easy for us to optimize and prioritize which videos to show up first. Overall, I cannot recommend this app enough. It has increased our customer experience a ton.

This app has saved us SO much time in easily uploading videos to our website. The unique options such a small circles on landing pages, or full verticals anywhere on the site makes this completely customizable. We connected with Joe- the cofounder and her personally helped us feel comfortable with the app. Highly recommend!!

I downloaded Novel for my website and instantly saw an increase in sales on all of the pages that included the shopable videos! I would highly recommend trying this out, and it was the most affordable option I could find. Also so fast to install!

Novel has been the best decision for our DTC business. Especially a new small business the app functionality and the ease of install (onboarding) was so simple. I recommend novel to anyone that has an ecomm brand with a presence on social. It makes marketing on your own site seamless. A really great shoppable video app. Thank you.

An awesome app for online stores and an awesome team to work with! They added several customizations to their platform so that the shoppable videos would blend in with our website and they even handled setting up an integration with the app that we use to offer/manage subscription orders.
